A new per-property CSV import lets you bulk-add or update historical valuation data for a given property directly from its card on the Property page. Upload a simple two-column file (Date, Value), preview the rows, then import. The importer supports comma- or tab-delimited files, date formats like "Jun 2026" or "2024-06-01", and value formats like "$567.8K" and "1.5M". Imported rows are add to the property data and existing dates are updated.
How to Use It
Open the Property page, find the property card, click the Import CSV button, select a CSV/TSV with columns Date and Value, confirm the preview, then click Import. The UI reports counts for new, updated, and failed rows and refreshes the property data on success.

The Easier Way
Find your property on Zillow.com and look at the valuation history. Under the graph there is a table view option. Copy this table, paste it to a file and update the top line to show Date Value (separated by a tab). Import this new file and viola, you have all the history zillow has which usually goes back ten years.
We hope this adds value to the property page to help you track your valuation and identify trends good or bad for you investment and personal properties.
