IfISaved pulls in your investment holdings from connected brokerage and retirement accounts — individual stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and bonds. IfISaved saves a monthly snapshot of every account balance over time. The trends dashboard shows an area chart of your total net worth growth month over month, with drill-down by account type. See exactly when your net worth crossed key milestones and which accounts drove the change.

For rental properties, log monthly rent income and expenses to track cash flow and cap rate. Property valuations can be updated manually or imported via CSV from Zillow or similar sources.
